  • Different Plan includes different accounts for core user roles: Admin, Doctor, Receptionist, Pathologist, Radiologist, Nurse, Accountant, and Pharmacist. If your organization requires additional user accounts, the following monthly charges will apply:
    • Admin: ₹150/month per additional user
    • Doctor: ₹100/month per additional user
    • Nurse / Receptionist: ₹50/month per additional user
    • Pathologist / Radiologist / Accountant / Pharmacist: ₹30/month per additional user
    • Patient: ₹10/month per patient account
  • The base plan includes up to 50 beds; for additional capacity, ₹25/month will be charged per bed beyond the included limit.
  • Additional costs will apply for third-party services, if the requirements exceed the base package (500 emails/day and 20GB Document Storage), and will be charged as per the respective provider’s pricing.
  • SMS services will be charged monthly based on your actual usage, as per the respective provider’s pricing
  • You can also choose only the features you need or request custom modules tailored to your hospital’s workflow.
