Welcome to B2B MANTRA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software products and related services offered by B2B MANTRA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, whether via a SaaS subscription or software license, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Services Offered
B2B MANTRA provides software solutions on both a subscription basis (SaaS) and one-time licensed models, along with associated technical support, training, and maintenance services.
1.2 User Data & Accounts
- Certain SaaS products may require user accounts.
- User data (e.g., uploaded documents) is stored securely on our servers.
- By using our services, you consent to the secure collection and storage of your data.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and underlying technology are property of B2B MANTRA.
A non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted to use the software under your selected plan.
1.4 Third-Party Services
We may integrate services like Calendly. By using these, you agree to their respective terms.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profit or business opportunity
- Downtime due to third-party service failure or client-side misuse
- Improper configuration, outdated software use, or viruses
- Indirect or consequential damages
1.6 Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Maharashtra.
1.7 Representations & Warranties
You represent that:
- You have legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You will not misuse or reverse engineer the software
- You accept that third-party integrations are under their own terms
1.8 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or service interruptions.
1.9 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Securing login credentials
- Compliance with local regulations (e.g., health data laws)
1.10 General Terms
- No waiver is valid unless written
- Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms
- No partnership or employment relationship is created

2. Privacy Policy
At B2B MANTRA, we respect your privacy and safeguard the personal and business information you share with us.
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect data when you:
- Purchase a product or SaaS service
- Use our platforms
- Submit any form on our website
We may collect:
- Full Name, Email, Phone, Company Details
- Uploaded files or documents
- SaaS usage data and logs
2.2 Use of Data
Your data is used:
- To deliver products and enable access
- For support, billing, and service communications
- To improve product quality (internal use only)
We do not send unsolicited promotions or marketing emails.
2.3 Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely on servers within India using:

- Limited access to authorized personnel only
2.4 Third-Party Tools
We use limited external tools:
- Calendly (scheduling)

Backups to client-owned Gmail/Google Drive/cloud accounts are optional and performed only on request.
Clients are fully responsible for managing and securing these third-party accounts.
We are not liable for data loss due to deletion, third-party policy changes, or unauthorized access.
No secondary copy is stored unless agreed in writing.
3. Support, Training & Implementation Terms
Yearly subscription includes one-time online/offline training and setup.
Tutorials and guides will be provided for ongoing support.
Further training or implementation will be charged separately.
Technical support (excluding training) is available via email, WhatsApp, or call.
By subscribing, you agree to this support structure.
4. Maintenance & AMC for Offline Software
Optional AMC covers routine maintenance and bug fixes.
Services are provided remotely using secure tools.
4.1 What’s Included:
- Troubleshooting
- Software performance checks
- Backup setup (if required)
- Migration within same OS (if applicable)
4.2 Not Included:
- Major upgrades or new features
- On-site support
- Data recovery beyond reasonable access
Without AMC, only limited emergency support is available.
5. Refund / Cancellation Policy
15-day Free Trial for all new CareMantra clients.
No refunds once subscription or license is confirmed.
Cancel before next billing to avoid renewal charges.
6. Disclaimer
CareMantra is a third-party software solution supported by B2B MANTRA. We are not the original developers or copyright holders.
We provide:
- Hosting, support, training, integration, and configuration
- Operational guidance and helpdesk services
CareMantra is offered as-is and is maintained independently under the B2B MANTRA umbrella.

8. Support & Payment Terms
Certain plans include specific user roles. Additional users will be charged as follows:

Base plan includes up to 50 beds; ₹25/month/bed applies beyond that.
Third-party usage (SMS, email, storage) beyond limits will be billed separately as per vendor pricing.
Custom features and modular upgrades are available upon request.
